In the end, I had no choice but to pay the £170, even though I was simply waiting for the initial notice that never arrived.Looking through the reviews now, it’s clear this isn’t an isolated case. Many people report the exact same pattern — no first letter, no fair chance to pay the normal amount, and then an inflated £170 demand. It feels like a system designed to profit without investing in proper communication.Extremely disappointing and frustrating experience.
