Dear Debt Recovery Plus, I have already been in touch with you via Trustpilot where you helpfully asked me to contact you. I have attempted this on a number of occasions, the latest being yesterday when I held on for just under 15 minutes then had to leave. I shall try again today or Monday. However, I’ve received another letter of demand, stating that I’ll need to pay £280 as I’d already not paid a fine of £60 and £170. I dispute this as I had entered my vehicle details on the app in the hotel we visited in May. I received the first demand for payment of £170 two months later, having not had any previous correspondence from anyone before your demand. Was the app in the hotel not working? I do not know as I didn’t see a message saying it was not and no message saying the car details weren’t accepted. How else can you be contacted to discuss this matter please. As mentioned, I shall again try the number provided to me today or on Monday.
