I would give this service a score of zero if it were an option. I received a letter dated 19th December today (30th), and when I reached out to them for assistance, the representative in live chat was unhelpful and dismissive. I highlighted that the original fine had increased from £60 to £170 while I awaited an appeal decision. I sought clarification on whether it would escalate to £280 during my wait for the IAS appeal response. After paying the £60, they then requested an additional £20 before they would set up a payment plan for the remaining £110. Being currently unemployed, I cannot afford to pay another £20 on the same day I paid £60, and when I communicated this, the chat was abruptly ended. This service feels like a scam, taking advantage of people's difficult situations.
