My experience with this game has been awful. After a recent update, they removed drops from an event I participated in, claiming a glitch. I used points to play, but they have taken everything back without offering credits. It feels like they’ve stolen my money. The game frequently has issues, especially during guild battles when events occur. Some players exploit the game without consequences, and the company does nothing despite being aware. After years of playing, I'm seriously considering moving on.
