After over 13 years of loyalty and a significant financial commitment, it's disheartening to see it tarnished by someone who manipulates the system, harasses others, and is seemingly supported by the team. This individual even won a contest for a character design that was poorly executed, which has become part of their online identity, highlighting the decline of this game under the current management. It's ironic that a company focused solely on profit fails to recognize the need to intervene when one player, who is a significant investor, is targeted by a manipulative community member who hasn't achieved notable success in recent events.

This company is incredibly disappointing and greedy. Their claim of 'reviving old games' is laughable! Incredibly poor company.

This company has proven to be remarkably terrible. After taking over a struggling game, there has been no improvement in support or fixes in the past several months. Persistent in-game issues and bugs remain unresolved, while overpriced items are pushed that sometimes don’t even get delivered. The support team has been the worst I've ever encountered, showing little regard for paying customers. It feels like they only aim to exploit their users. If you see their name on a product, do yourself a favor and steer clear to avoid being scammed.

I've had numerous negative experiences with this company. The amount of times I've contacted their support exceeds that of any other service in my 15 years of gaming. They create features that don’t function and lack the ability to fix them. Their focus seems to be on poorly designed events that are just money grabs while neglecting other aspects of the game. Recently, I lost a tournament despite winning twice, which was the final straw for me. I appreciate the years of enjoyment, but it's time to move on.
