An order was placed on 12 December, but the promised delivery date has passed without any shipment. I emailed the company on 18, 20, 22, and 23 December to cancel and request a refund, but received no replies—only automated emails about delays. Ignoring cancellation requests for an unshipped order is unacceptable. I'm documenting this for a chargeback. I recommend avoiding this service.
