The service and communication were extremely poor. I placed my order on November 30 and opted for premium shipping to ensure it arrived well before my dinner on December 13. The expected arrival was December 9, but I was informed of a delay due to high order volume. They offered to adjust or cancel my order, so I requested to remove some bottles while keeping others for later. The response time was excessively long, and in the midst of this, I received a notification that my bottles had been dispatched. They arrived on December 15, after my dinner. I inquired about returning the bottles I wanted to cancel, but have not heard back. I'm left with bottles I don't need.
