An order was placed on 12 December, but the expected delivery date has come and gone without any shipment. I reached out to the support team on 18, 20, 22, and 23 December to cancel and request a refund, but unfortunately, I received no responses—only automated emails about delays. Ignoring cancellation requests for an unshipped order is simply unacceptable. I'm preparing to document this for a chargeback. I strongly advise against using this service.
