I wish I could give zero stars. I ordered an item over 20 days ago and paid extra for tracking, but it hasn’t even left the country. The company claims to be based locally, which turned out to be untrue. Their emails are dull and unhelpful. I strongly advise against ordering from them; my latest update said my order is delayed with no estimated time.
