The sizes are far from what I anticipated. The website gives the impression of being a local operation, but it's actually a drop shipping business based overseas. They claim to have a hassle-free returns policy, yet when I attempted to return an item (a gift for my child), they informed me that returns aren't accepted for correctly fulfilled orders. They offered me a 10% refund! I do partially blame myself for not researching them beforehand, but the website is quite persuasive. Lesson learned.
