Decarba sent my package to the wrong adress, refuses to take responsibility ever since. They make you pay for shipping insurance aswell.
Been trying to resolve this for 3,5 months straight.
Their customer services appears like its run by AI bots, they dodge every responsibility. They pretend that their stock is empty so they cannot replace my item eventhough you can order it on the website.
Straight up lying and scamming in my opinion.
