I ordered a pair of golf trousers for Christmas, but they arrived two sizes too small. I arranged a return and reordered, only to face the same issue again with the second order. The explanation I received was that the sizing might be incorrect since the item came from a third party. I've been unable to get a callback to discuss the situation, and I'm now struggling to arrange the return for the second order. I'm unsure about what size to order if I decide to try again, and I've already spent money on two orders. I'm extremely dissatisfied and cannot recommend this service.
