Over the next two weeks, I followed up four times, only to discover that my request had been misdirected to the wrong department after contacting support through a different channel. I received one reply from the appropriate technical team directing me to the troubleshooting guide and assuring me of further assistance. Unfortunately, that's where it ended. I've since followed up ten more times through various contact methods, but all I've received is an initial acknowledgment stating they would look into it. Any further inquiries from my side have gone unanswered. To whoever responds to this review, please refrain from sending a generic reply. I've shared the order number and expect to be contacted to return the faulty product as per your warranty policy, given the lack of support provided.
