I had purchased a pull up bar from decathlon couple of years ago. the vacuum rubbers on the side have worn out. On asking decathlon to supply for spare vacuum rubbers they say they do not supply. Now the pull up bar is useless without these. They have a new model which has the same rubbers but they do not supply even these. So what use is the pull up bars if spares are not supplied. The bar is costing around 1500 rupees. We cannot keep buying bars for want of side rubbers. Team decathlon should work on providing the required spares and rather tell customer to buy new pull up bar for want of side rubbers.Would advise anyone planning to buy pull up bar from decathlon to not buy unless they confirm supply of spares.
