This was an incredibly disappointing experience. I ordered a jacket and went to collect it, only to discover that the order had been cancelled without any prior notification. No SMS, no call, no email. I felt utterly disregarded when I sought clarification from the staff — the representative didn’t even acknowledge my request and simply turned to assist another customer. I anticipated much more from the company. This has seriously diminished my trust in them.
