I bought a pair of shoes directly from the brand in February 2025, delivered on March 3, 2025. Within months, the heel padding broke down, causing irritation. I contacted customer service within the warranty period and provided evidence, but my claim was denied based on “normal wear and tear.” This experience reflects poorly on the brand, as they dismissed my valid claim. I will be filing a formal complaint and will not purchase from them again.
