I have no intention of spending any more money here, and here's why: While betting, I have screenshots to prove that the company claims everything is fair, but when placing a $5 bet, the maximum bonus is only $10, which is unacceptable. The bonus conditions are ridiculous, requiring you to wager 30% for a $110 chip, which is nearly impossible to achieve. It’s frustrating not to hit any lines, let alone a worthwhile bonus. I expected a $10 bonus for a $0.50 or $1 bet, but not for a $5 stake. This has happened multiple times, and it quickly becomes clear that you’re just losing your money. There’s little enjoyment to be found here, especially since many promotions restrict half the games. I've played at various places for the social aspect, and I can confidently say this has been the most dull and disappointing experience. Thankfully, it was only $25, allowing me to walk away and find better options elsewhere. I won't be returning to this venue.
Enjoyed walking through the site, participated in the promotion that offered ten free spins, ended up getting lucky and won the 200$ max cash out that this promotion offers, but now the disappointment comes, had my account verified in literally three minutes, afterwards stating “hassle free” withdrawals…. But here I am dealing with the hassle of being told it could take upwards of A WEEK! That is absolutely absurd, once the account is verified, from there it should be seamless transactions both for the casino and the consumer, the site will accept a deposit in seconds, but if you win, you are forced to hurry up and wait? In my opinion that takes the interest of coming back minimal. I’ve played on numerous sites and this is a major hobby of mine, always open to finding a new landing spot, I just hope I’m able to come back here to increase my review to the maximum of 5 stars as I currently have that withdrawal “pending processing”*edit* I am here to do as I said I would, my withdrawal officially hit my account as of this morning! I have raised my review to 5 stars due to this! I will definitely be going back to the site!
I liked the games even one once but they lie! I don’t like playing with promotions cuz I don’t like all the restrictions so they have a cash back guarantee if you don’t use bonus with your deposit you get 25 percent cash back well I played 3-4 times and it kept saying no cash back available finally I got on the live chat and they said that was for people that were using promotions how can you not use a bonus but use a promotion you can’t it’s a double negative or whatever 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 so I’ll just go to other casinos there’s only like 5000 of them!
