I bought a Decoded leather case for my Iphone 11 Pro ,and after a couple of months started to peel in one of the corners. I went to the apple store to claim it and they told me to contact the company directly. The company does not have a customer service phone line so I sent an email with the receipt and claimed the warranty. They sent me an email telling me that I dropped the phone and they don't cover this. I have never dropped my phone , so I don't have any idea why they are responding with this excuse. Do not buy their products , they are made with low quality material and the customer service is terrible.
