I have emailed 4 times and called 2 times for the last 4-6 days trying to get a return label so I can return misordered merchandise. I have no problem paying for shipping myself. How difficult can it be to fill in some blanks on the computer and email me the return label so as I can return the merchandise and get this matter resolved.
