I was compelled to subscribe via a second account that didn't even display their name and took my money! I requested to cancel my subscription, which was supposed to end on December 14, yet today I received an email stating they renewed my subscription and expect me to pay €10 every 14 days when I never wanted to be a customer! Now, they are also sending me emails claiming my account will terminate on December 18!
