I was forced to subscribe through a different account that lacked any identification and took my payment! I requested to cancel my subscription, which was meant to end on December 14, yet today I received an email stating they have renewed my subscription and are demanding 10€ every two weeks, despite my desire to not be a customer! Now, I'm getting emails indicating my account will be terminated on December 18!
I was compelled to subscribe via a second account that didn't even display their name and took my money! Now, they are also sending me emails claiming my account will terminate on December 18!
