I ordered a couch in June with delivery date set for 21st June 2025, its a month late, no updates, just "apology emails" , I'm beginning to think it might be. scam, buyers beware.Update: after numerous emails with Decowood I was told that my order was lost. Then offered a different product with a 5% discount. No guarantee or delivery date given. Automated emails and excuses. They take off August for holidays. After filing in writing an official complaint and advising I would pursue legal action 3 months later I was refunded my money in full.In response to their answer; your company clearly does not know the meaning of customer service. It was completely non existent in the 3 months I fought with you. Reading other customers questions on your social Media proves my point, and clearly I was not alone. I would not recommend buying anything from this company from my experience.
