I ordered the Telva dining table with two benches from Decowood, paying nearly €1,000. Unfortunately, the entire experience was deeply disappointing.The delivery, originally promised within 7–10 days, took more than 30 days to arrive. When the furniture finally arrived, the quality was far below expectations. The wood is of very poor quality and marks or scratches extremely easily. The hardware provided is inadequate for the weight and size of the table, resulting in an unstable and wobbly structure. I was forced to reinforce the table myself with additional angle brackets just to make it usable.Customer support throughout this process was unhelpful, adding to the frustration. For the price paid, the value received is unacceptable. In short, this purchase felt like paying a premium price for substandard, poorly made furniture. A regrettable experience that I would not recommend to others.
