While the ordering and delivery process went smoothly, the quality of the six dining chairs purchased is very disappointing, especially considering the cost. After about a month of use, the wood began to chip, exposing a lighter wood underneath, which seriously affects their look. The chairs now appear unattractive and continue to deteriorate with regular use. Even slight contact with the table has left visible marks. Moreover, the rattan seating has started to detach. These chairs are clearly constructed from subpar materials and are unlikely to last. I cannot recommend these products. I reached out to customer service, but they were unhelpful and uninterested. AVOID.
