I have invited one of the companies I know to use Deel by benefiting from the referral program. Unfortunately, my friend who is working in that company has created his personal account with his company email the one he used to book demo but the business account has been opened via another email so referral program didn't work. I have explained this issue to Deel and created a ticket and they told me they will fix the issue within a business day. I have created the ticket on Jan 29 but today is 18 Feb is still the issue is not solved. I have sent follow up email almost 6-7 times but they are using the same explanations like AI-generated again and again. This is my experience and definitely does not inspire confidence when you have an issue to be fixed.
