The Deel team has entered its fourth day of selfless work to return my money. They are so sorry for depriving me of money and work... But this regret does not do me any good. In their messages to me, they assure me that they are considering my case as a priority. Apparently, they pretend to be smart and nod their heads thoughtfully. In fact, they do nothing. Only empty promises. If Trustpilot allowed it, I would express myself about them in completely different words. Every day, until this situation is resolved, I will write purely negative reviews. If necessary, for the rest of my life. I did everything they asked of me. BUT!!! Apart from expressing their regrets, they took no action. You can't put regrets in your pocket, and they won't give me my job back.

Yesterday I was promised that the app blocking issue and a refund would be resolved within one day. The day has passed. No change!!! I also learned from the company I worked with that Deel is the only way to pay money that this company uses. This means that now I HAVE LOST MY JOB!!! Who will compensate for this? Complete disappointment in this service.

What stood out most was how intuitive the system is. Signing contracts, submitting information, and reviewing details felt organized and efficient rather than overwhelming.

I have invited one of the companies I know to use Deel by benefiting from the referral program. Unfortunately, my friend who is working in that company has created his personal account with his company email the one he used to book demo but the business account has been opened via another email so referral program didn't work. I have explained this issue to Deel and created a ticket and they told me they will fix the issue within a business day. I have created the ticket on Jan 29 but today is 18 Feb is still the issue is not solved. I have sent follow up email almost 6-7 times but they are using the same explanations like AI-generated again and again. This is my experience and definitely does not inspire confidence when you have an issue to be fixed.
