Very disappointing support experience.The platform itself is excellent and works very well, which makes this support experience even more frustrating.The issue was urgent and clearly stated that it cannot be delayed, yet the first response was to “wait 24 hours” with no real assistance.Only after expressing frustration did the agent mention escalating the issue.Slow, unhelpful, and lacks ownership. Not acceptable for a support team.
