I've tested out various other platforms for orderflow, and by far Deepcharts is one of the most powerful and modern orderflow platforms, that not only depicts the basics of volume profile and footprints, but also uses statistical analysis and data backed algorithms to help traders with automated points of interest to enact trades. its been a rather easy entry into orderflow because of them.
This team of people is amazing. The platform makes other platforms I've used look like preschool tools. The education within the community along is worth more than they charge for the platform and education. The DeepCharts team listens to the community and acts on community feedback rapidly. They also go above and beyond showing the community how to use various templates and indicators and they are always communicating with us. You can't get more bang for your buck. If you are a trader, veteran or beginner, there is no better software, no greater community, and nobody at the top more genuinely concerned about each individual trader than Andrea, Fabio, Rodolfo, and Marcus. DEEPCHARTS FOR LIFE!
Very disappointing support experience.
The platform itself is excellent and works very well, which makes this support experience even more frustrating.
The issue was urgent and clearly stated that it cannot be delayed, yet the first response was to “wait 24 hours” with no real assistance.
Only after expressing frustration did the agent mention escalating the issue.
Slow, unhelpful, and lacks ownership. Not acceptable for a support team.

What an amazing platform!! The support it's always ready to help if you need it. They provide a service of live trading with some coaches, where you can ask for all the question you have. A great thanks to Fabio, Andrea, Antonio, Edoardo, Marco and Rodolfo!!
Amazing software for an amazing price.
