I used this company for a deep carpet cleaning service. The service was very expensive compared to typical market rates. Communication and after-sales support were poor, including a missed appointment and delayed responses.The upstairs carpets were cleaned without issue; however, the ground floor carpet took around three nights to fully dry, despite being advised it would dry within 2–3 hours. This caused inconvenience, and marks appeared during the drying period.After I raised a formal complaint and left reviews on Google and Trustpilot, the company contacted me and paid the agreed 50% compensation, along with an apology for the delays and communication issues.While I eventually received the compensation, the process took considerable effort and escalation. I hope the company will improve its communication, pricing transparency, and after-sales service going forward.
