Arrived over an hour late for scheduled appointment, on arrival gave a quote of 350, then dropped to 280 then settled on 150, clearly prices are inconsistent. Was told when booking (4 seat boucle sofa and foot rest cleaning) that it would be 90% dry on completion, it was left soaking wet and no cleaner than when we use our vax cleaner. They spent 30 mins and left, complete waste of money!

On 15 December 2025 Go Go Clean Expert cleaned our sofa but left a few stains behind. Telephoned/messaged them and they promised to return to remedy- no show. More phone calls and still no show. Eventually after a mulitude of phone calls the company promised a £50 rebate. We waited. Then more phone cals and more broken promises but after daily phone calls we got paid today 17 March 2026. These guys take the art of lying to new heights and give customer service and Asian companies an unenviable reputatation
Do not use any of the Go Go companies. They are all the same people. Complete ripoff merchants. Billed me for £300.00 to clean a recliner chair and the arms of my sofa. They did not cover any of the other furniture or carpets with dust sheets. Took 20 minutes from start to finish the end result , the end result was terrible. The foreign bloke then tried to persuade me to have more works done. These kind of people would rip anybody off. It's in their blood old people beware.
I absolutely do not recommend this company. They cleaned my carpets, but they took a very long time to dry and now they smell unpleasant, so I have to pay to have them cleaned again. I was also charged much more than the price quoted over the phone. During the visit, they kept pressuring me to add extra services, and when I refused, their attitude became very unfriendly and unprofessional. In my opinion, the business is completely non-transparent and the whole experience felt dishonest. Please be very careful if you consider using this company and make sure you agree on the full price and scope of work in writing beforehand.
