Just moved to bedford needed my rug and carpet cleaned, I called deep clean experts they were pontual, did the job in 45min and I was first impressed but after 3 days my rug was smelly and not as cleaned as it should so I called several times, they promised they would come to wash and dry because the they used lots of water the first time. Unfortunately they never turned up and not even a call to apologise or say why they could come. Very disappointing will never constancy them again and do not recommend
