‘Experts’ in name only. Very surface level cleaning for £230, for which they were only round for 1 hour 50 mins. Anything other than the basic cleaning will have these guys absolutely stumped. Had stains on my carpet and curtains which these guys could not remove, or even attempt to remove properly. They simply put some chemicals in their industrial carpet cleaner at the start and if that doesn’t work then that is it. They didn’t utilize any other sort of knowledge, equipment or product for anything stronger than general grime/dirt. Only reason I give them 2 stars is that they were polite. Avoid.
