They came to remove a coffee stain from a virtually brand new carpet.When their process dried out it was obvious that the stain had not been fully removed.I contacted them numerous times and initially they said they would return to do it, they never came and stopped corresponding with me.I read some other reviews (not on Trustpilot) before I called them out which seemed very good - a well established company......
