The worst experience I've had. I was told initially that for 2 bedrooms there will be a minimum of £120 but they will send someone to see the carpet condition and size before giving a final price. Upon arrival they said 240 for deep clean with 5 chemicals including sanitising. The flat was flooded so I really needed the best solution. They didn't even try to do the demonstration they said they will but because I was busy I didn't considered it necesary as I was planning to have the carpet cleaned as fast as possible. They came 2 days later to do the job. I smelled shampoo in the air so I thought they had everything inside the tank. It felt strange that they did 2 bedrooms in under 30 minutes. After it dried, it was still the same as before, the same fooding smell. I contacted to ask what chemicals did they used as my carpets still stinked and they just apologised and said they will send the team back to rectify the situation and then ignored all my following emails when I was trying to make an appointment. Avoid at all cost!!!
