I called them latenight on Tuesday 22nd August 2023 and they showed up next day to clean my 2 bedroom flat. I have carpet on both the bedrooms and hallway. Two different guys (cleaner) came to my flat to clean the carpet, they worked in a real hurry and left my carpet dirty (everything was done within 35 minutes). I sent them pictures on WhatsApp and spoke. They were suppose to come back to redo my carpets but never showed up also I asked for an invoice but never received it. The worst part is, the price I was told over the phone around £150 but when they physically came demanded £350. My wife was not well so I did not argue much in front of her as it gives her anxiety and the cleaner guy asked me to speak to the office. I gave them £320 cash payment. Later I spoke to the office and they agreed £200 and promised to refund me the overcharged £120 back to my bank but never received it. I also send them all my bank details (all communication via WhatsApp). No one should use their service and I WILL REPORT THEM TO TRADING STANDARD ASSOCIATION, I AM SEEKING LEGAL ADVICE AS WELL. NO ONE SHOULD BE RIPPED OFF IN SUCH HOSTILE WAY.
