I've ordered from them many times. Usually it's fine, except for slow handling and shipping. However, this time I went with them specifically because they had the 4k/BR/digital bundle for a film that I wanted; I couldn't find that combo anywhere else. I ordered from them and received it, but the code for the digital copy had expired almost a year prior. The first rep that I talked to _did not understand what a digital copy was_, if you can believe that. She said that her manager said to send an email and they'd send a new code. Four days later, the email response had not read my email and was a canned "I don't know how to use a code" response. I called back many more times, learning that their supervisors are only there two hours a day (and they wouldn't even talk to me then), spent 20 min on hold only to be hung up on three times, and finally got only a 20% refund for something that's 33% useless. They would not stand behind their sales, couldn't guarantee that a replacement wouldn't also be expired, and were impossible to get hold of. I'll never be shopping here again - it's fine until it isn't, and then you're screwed.
