I never write reviews but had to after my experience with Deep Discount. I called to inquire about the status of my order days after it was supposed to ship. Customer service agent said the item was back ordered. I asked “Why I haven’t been notified of the delay? Why must I call you to get updates? When will the item be restocked?” The agent couldn’t answer any of them. I then asked to speak to a manager. That’s when this customer service agent decided to act like she could no longer hear me and HUNG UP! I immediately called back and canceled my order. Will NEVER buy from here again and will tell everyone I know to not buy from here as well.
