I decided to try them again after a 5-year lapse and by my second purchase, they completely fumbled the order. I bought three DVD's and instead received 3 San Francisco Giants baseball action figures. WTH. When I tried to call costumer service, I was put on hold for about 5 minutes. I eventually got through to a customer service agent... who then promptly belched over the phone and then hung up. Double WTH.
