The first problem was that when the Wi-Fi antenna was connected, the wired connection completely dropped. After a brief fix, the issue returned. I had to remove the Wi-Fi antenna to maintain a wired connection. Over time, the device began cutting off internet access at random intervals. When I finally filed a complaint, they acknowledged the issue but offered no real solution. The warranty expired after a year and a half, leaving me with a faulty device. Their products are unreliable, and I recommend avoiding them.
