Caution for Potential Users

Potential users should be cautious: the devices are overpriced and offer no real advantages. Customers are misled, as they do not provide genuine IP addresses. Installing security systems can expose the truth about their services. They only offer proxy and VPN IP addresses. A limited number of displayed IPs creates a false impression of active users. They do not protect clients' IPs like others do. I feel deceived after my purchase. They charge excessively for what can be accomplished with cheaper alternatives. I recommend avoiding this company.

Completely Ineffective Device

This device is utterly ineffective. While working from home, I find that connecting it to my office network makes my work email inaccessible. Accessing region-specific content on streaming platforms is difficult, and local connection-required apps like certain streaming services stop functioning. YouTube ads still play, however. Additionally, customer support is subpar. It's a total waste of time and money.

Satisfactory Product

I own three different devices and am generally satisfied. They work well most of the time, though occasionally the connection slows down due to the user I'm connected to setting a low speed limit. Rebooting usually resolves this issue. Overall, the product is good, but as a customer, I can no longer buy directly, resulting in significantly higher prices. This might deter future purchases. I recommend the company allow direct sales again for a better experience.

After observing the product's development for six months, I decided to invest in a new device and am quite impressed. Initially, I encountered some configuration issues, but the support team was very helpful in resolving them. I requested several applications for the App Relocator section and was pleasantly surprised to see updates overnight. I even ordered an additional device for travel, which has become essential in my travel kit.

I regret purchasing the device with an additional service on 28/11/2023. From the beginning, the device had issues. The first problem was that when the Wi-Fi antenna was connected, the wired connection completely dropped. After a brief fix, the issue returned. I had to remove the Wi-Fi antenna to maintain a wired connection. Over time, the device began cutting off internet access at random intervals. When I finally filed a complaint, they acknowledged the issue but offered no real solution. The warranty expired after a year and a half, leaving me with a faulty device. Their products are unreliable, and I recommend avoiding them.

Misleading Claims About Privacy

Despite claims of no logging and providing anonymity, the nodes where traffic exits are logging user activity, including IP addresses. This means users can be tracked. I do not consider this to be true anonymity. The company has been informed but refuses to correct these misleading statements on their website.
