I bought a Deeper Pico because it said it was Plug-and-Play with Zero Configuration (it wasn't) and unrestricted access to content from any country. But without configuration, it tried to load all of my content from the local country. After configuration, it worked some of the time... but not all.I contacted Deeper's customer service, who were slow to respond, but came back to me repeatedly. After two firmware updates - it is now working perfectly, and it by far the best VPN I have ever used.There is a lot if bizarre crypto stuff in their service offering, and on their website - which is of no interest to me, but the VPN does exactly what I need.
