It is such a huge shame how after 4 months of waiting for an order, the sender simply refunds the order. The order has been in my country for over a month under delivering and nothing happened. I tried to send over 10 emails to the sender and they never answered my emails. Even though they did not get my emails, would it not be a part of their services to check why the order has been freezing for over a month nobody knows where and not being delivered to the customer?How they refund without asking the customer for a confirmation?
