I subscribed to the service specifically to translate complete books as advertised. However, I couldn't translate even a single book, which is a major flaw in the core feature that motivated my purchase. The product fails to deliver on its promises, and the support team is unhelpful, providing no clear explanations or solutions. It's particularly disappointing that billing works seamlessly while the promised functionality does not. Charging for a service that cannot be utilized as described is unacceptable. My experience has been frustrating and disappointing. Until the service improves its features and customer support, I cannot recommend this subscription.
