I subscribed to the service specifically to translate complete books, as it was advertised. However, I found myself unable to translate even a single book. This is not just a minor issue; it's a significant failure of the primary feature that led me to purchase. The service does not fulfill its promises, and the support team is ineffective, offering no clear explanations or solutions. What adds to the disappointment is that billing works flawlessly, while the promised functionality does not. Charging users for a service that cannot be utilized as described is unacceptable. My experience has been frustrating, wasteful of my time, and disappointing. Until the service provides the features it promotes and improves its customer support, I cannot recommend subscribing.
