My daughter ordered the most expensive treadmill and it arrived not working. She called customer service and they refused to take it back and refund her money. I had ordered a treadmill at the same time and never received it. I had asked for my order to be canceled and for a refund. I was told 7 to 10 days. I have not received my refund. I keep calling back and being told it's expedited a number of times. Nothing. They will not allow me to speak with someone in charge and I was informed there is no company address. If you decide to do business be forewarned this company from our experience is fraudulent.
