I purchased a treadmill on 1-3-2026, and the very next day I noticed the price had decreased. I promptly reached out to the customer support team about the price difference, and within 20 minutes, I received a response asking for a screenshot. I provided it, and by the next day, I was informed I would be refunded the price difference. This swift response was impressive, and I received my treadmill today, 1-8-2026, via FedEx, with a smooth delivery process. Once it was in my home, I assembled it in about 20 minutes. The quality is excellent, and the price was great. I found this treadmill advertised on social media but opted to order through the website, which was a breeze. I tried it out for about 10 minutes today, and so far, everything is going well. Fantastic treadmill and outstanding customer service.
The process of ordering this walk pad was straightforward. There were no hidden costs or fees, and the shipping was prompt with excellent packaging. I hesitated about installing an additional app on my phone, but the pad requires registration through it. I suggest using a bar for support if you have balance concerns.
⭐ 1-Star Review – Deceptive Shipping & Unsatisfactory Support I ordered a walking pad with a 350 lb capacity on December 14, 2025. At the time of my order, the website promised free 3-business-day shipping and did not indicate that the item was unavailable. After 7 business days, I still hadn't received a shipping date. After numerous emails and calls to the support team, I learned that the walking pad was out of stock. This is incredibly frustrating, especially since the website still shows the item as available and continues to promote 3-day shipping, which misleads customers. The support team could not provide: • A definite restock date • A shipping date • A delivery date I was told they “should have it by the end of December,” but no concrete timeline was given. This is unacceptable, particularly since it was intended as a Christmas gift. To add to the frustration: • I was only offered a $10 refund AFTER receiving the item, which seems unreasonable given the delays. • I ordered a maintenance kit at the same time, which did arrive. • When I inquired about canceling my order since the walking pad hadn’t shipped, I was informed that the maintenance kit would NOT be refunded, even though it is useless without the machine. This experience has been very disappointing. Between the misleading shipping details, lack of clarity regarding stock, vague responses from the support team, and refusal to refund an accessory linked to an unshipped product, I cannot recommend purchasing directly from this company, especially if you need the item by a specific date.
I ordered a treadmill that was delivered to my home in a defective state. The carrier left the package at my doorstep without getting my signature. I promptly reached out to the company to initiate a return. I provided all necessary details and was informed that I would receive a return authorization (RMA) within 48 hours. However, it has now been six days, and I have yet to receive the RMA. I've sent several follow-up messages, but I continue to be ignored and faced with delays. The company seems to operate under various names, which raises significant concerns about its business practices and transparency. This level of customer service is simply unacceptable.
Setup took just a minute, and I was able to run a mile while enjoying my favorite music! These are far superior to what I've experienced at the gym. Plus, the app that tracks my workouts gives me an additional way to monitor my progress for my doctor. The adjustable handlebar is a great feature too. The company has a strong reputation for producing high-quality, adaptable, and affordable equipment. Their customer service is excellent! As a 58-year-old male, I highly recommend this treadmill for my age group and younger. Get one and start running! Ordered treadmill for collection but 2 days later had an email saying collection point was closed. They then could not organise delivery so I had to cancel the order for a full refund. Yes customer services answer straight away but they can’t solve your problems.
