When I created several videos, text to video, I spelled the prompt correctly, but the AI generated is as MISSPELLED, making the video unusable. BUT it charges me 60m credits each time, even though I cannot use them, and I cannot trust that it ever spells anything correctly. Rather than charging prepaid credits upon download, it charges BEFORE you can even see what it makes for you, and it's almost always misspelled! Customer service is nonexistent. All you get is very RUDE AI responses and a refusal to credit back for AI mistakes. Extremely frustrating and a waste of money. It would be great IF they charged on download so you can see what you get and make corrections as needed, but as it is, it is a terrible program with horrible support.
