My experience with the service has been quite disappointing. Most of the renderings fail, not just in edge cases, but in very fundamental aspects. Basic features like readable text in videos often do not function properly. Text is frequently jumbled, replaced with random symbols, or rendered with unusual characters that appear almost corrupted. This alone renders the software unusable for serious projects. Additionally, visual generations consistently have significant errors, such as extra fingers on hands, distorted anatomy, and obvious rendering artifacts. Nearly every output I’ve produced has had noticeable and sometimes severe errors, even with simple prompts. To make matters worse, their strict no-refund policy is frustrating. When a product fails so consistently at a fundamental level, refusing refunds seems unreasonable. Text rendering and basic visual accuracy are essential for AI video software in 2025. As it stands, the service is not ready for production, unreliable, and not worth the investment. I would highly advise against using it until the core issues are addressed.
