After a period of inactivity with my account, I found I couldn’t log in. Contacted DDS and over a few days, and some verification, Clover was able to reset my access and merge two accounts (didn’t recall ever doing that, so very well done to them). If it does feel like a while before DDS respond to your help ticket, don’t worry- they have to be thorough and they will sort it in the end. Thanks DDS!
