Noticed my card was due for renewal - logged in but no option to renew - the yellow banner that I was advised would be visible was missing - emailed DDS and eventually - after the card was now void, they suggested some steps - which did not work, another email saying they were sorry - others had "technical problems" when failing to renew - fault was in the DDS system but could I give them info like make of my pc -OS and any software that might be a problem....if DDS say the problem is their system then the problem is not my system - so why ask about MY system!!!!DDS seems to be both BLR and BERNo way am I wasting any more effort on a useless system - I specialised in Administrative Efficiency and Accuracy - it was a core component of my job.Not renewing - even if I could
